Before I post them, I would like to express my grattitude to to Rabbi Getsel Ellinson, whose book “Woman and the Mitzvot”, offers an excellent compendium on sources about women in halacha, as well as inciteful commentary. The book is incredibly unbiased and apolitical in the sources it chooses to include. It has guided my own journey as a Jewish woman and directly influenced the above-mentioned posts.
